Review Process
Manuscripts submitted to the International Journal of Advanced Medical and Scientific Research (IJAMSR) are considered for publication with the understanding that they are original, unpublished, and not under simultaneous consideration elsewhere.
Upon submission, each manuscript is first screened by the editorial office. An initial plagiarism check is performed; manuscripts exceeding acceptable similarity thresholds are returned to authors for revision or rejected. Submissions passing this stage are anonymised by removing author details and assigned a code before being forwarded to subject‑specific reviewers.
The journal follows a double‑blind peer review system, ensuring that both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the process. Reviewers provide detailed comments and recommendations, which are communicated to authors for revision. Revised manuscripts are re‑evaluated, and this iterative process continues until the reviewers and editorial board are satisfied with the scientific quality and clarity of the work.
For manuscripts requiring fast‑track review, designated expert reviewers are engaged. Articles with plagiarism levels below 15% are prioritised for urgent evaluation, followed by editorial verification before final acceptance.
At any stage, manuscripts may be rejected if authors fail to address reviewer comments or comply with editorial requirements. Only those articles approved by both reviewers and the editorial team proceed to publication.
